Custom Design, Layout and Modifications

I am interested in finding a developer who can make some modifications for me.
1) A change to the look and feel of the site. I am looking for a simplified, easy to use interface - similar to demo, but less items on homepage. Incorporate logos and change colors, etc.
2) Remove / Change shipping module since no tangiable items are being sold
3) Change some terminology and text
4) Change / Edit categories
5) remove unnecessary items / tabs etc. from view
Please provide price and time necessary
