Custom design - web 2.0 look

I am looking for a webdesigner that can create a fresh new look to my ILance marketplace.
The marketplace is currently active and has around 600 visits per day and is using the LanceGM and LanceKB plugins.
I am looking for a web 2.0 look, with large buttons, fewer links & components, and a SIMPLIFIED overall look.
I like the looks of www.blauarbeit.de and www.domystuff.com
I need modifications on several places:
- upper navigation
- main.html file
- the whole post RFP process
- view RFP details
- registration process
- search
- Control Panel
Please send me an example of previous work and detail what your experience with ILance has been until now.
