We need idfferent fees for different user groups, This is what was suggested to me:

Have the Final Value Fees and the Insertion Fee Admin areas to support a new option where you can define what “subscription plans” actually give a “discount”. Then when a user falling under that “plan” decides to list his auction, and you’ve declared that his plan is a wholeseller plan, that user should receive a discount based on the value you enter, the cost of the fee would go down and it would apply at that very point. For example:

Plan Name …..............................Discount Rate
Wholesale Subscription Plan….........2.5%

So if the insertion fee is current 5% ($20.00) for example and the user is on the wholeseller plan it would do this: $20.00 (fee) – 2.5% (discount) = $19.50 of course the higher the value the lower fee to that user in that subscription plan.

Repeat the same logic above for the “Final Value Fees” as well to make this 100% flexible.

If you don’t know anything about the above feature, it allows sellers to submit non paying bidder reports, and after a set amount of days (ADMINcp controlled) the seller can issue the buyer with an unpaid item STRIKE, usually 3 of these suspends the buyers account (ADMINcp controlled).

As a buyer, you can submit “Item not received” or “Item significantly not as described” This will issue the seller an email and ask them to rectify the problem.

Correspondence with disputes is performed solely through this Dispute Console and viewable from ADMINcp.

Basic overview:

The dispute console is an online communication tool that can help you track, discuss, and resolve a dispute as quickly as possible.

As a buyer you can:
- Report a problem with an item (that was not received or that was significantly not as described) to eBay and your seller.

Communicate with your seller to find a solution.

As a seller you can:
- Report that you have not received payment for an item to eBay and your buyer.

Communicate with your buyer to find a solution.

I understand there is a Norwegian language for an earlier Ilance version, would it be very much woork to upfgrade this pack to 3.1.6?

My website is planned to be launched during octob er/november.
